Each work is prepared and shipped with the utmost care. Below is general information about shipping and returns; details are confirmed during your inquiry.
1. Domestic shipping
We ship throughout Costa Rica via courier or Correos de Costa Rica. Estimated delivery is 2 to 5 business days once the work is dispatched, depending on the destination.
2. International shipping
We arrange international shipping depending on the destination. Times vary by country and courier service. Any taxes, duties or customs charges in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Packing
All works are professionally packed to protect the piece during transit. When applicable, shipments are insured.
4. Costs and preparation times
Shipping cost is quoted based on destination and the work’s dimensions, and confirmed before completing the purchase. Typical preparation time is 2 to 4 business days.
5. Returns and right of withdrawal
For distance purchases, Law No. 7472 and its regulations provide a right of withdrawal of eight business days from receipt, in the cases established by law. To exercise it, the work must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging. Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.
6. Transit damage
If the work arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the packaging and the piece, so we can find the best solution.
7. Refunds
Once the returned work is received and verified, the refund is processed using the same payment method, within a reasonable timeframe.
