1. About this site
This is the portfolio of Costa Rican artist Pablo Bonilla. It presents original works, serigraphs, exhibitions and studio content. The site has no shopping cart or online payment gateway: every acquisition is arranged directly and personally with the artist.
2. Works, prices and availability
Images aim to represent each work faithfully; colors may vary depending on your screen. Prices and availability are informational and may change without notice until the purchase is confirmed. The final price, applicable taxes and shipping costs are confirmed during your inquiry.
3. Purchase process
The purchase works as follows: you inquire via WhatsApp or email about the work you are interested in; we confirm availability, price, timelines and payment method; once the agreed payment is received, we arrange packing and shipping or delivery.
4. Payment methods
We accept bank transfer and SINPE Móvil within Costa Rica, and credit or debit cards and a payment link for international purchases. Details are agreed during your inquiry.
5. Authenticity
Each original work is delivered with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist.
6. Intellectual property
All works, images, text and elements on this site are the property of Pablo Bonilla and are protected by copyright law. Purchasing a work does not transfer its reproduction rights. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the artist’s written authorization is prohibited.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, including Law No. 7472 on the Promotion of Competition and Effective Consumer Defense. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Costa Rican courts.
